This was my first hostel experience in years, and I'm so glad I chose the capsule option. As an introvert, having a private space in a dormitory setting was perfect for me. The capsules were well-equipped with various lighting options, USB chargers, and personal fans. The mattress was comfortable, and there was ample room for one person. The location was excellent, with a bus stop and metro station just a short distance away. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hostel was clean, and the daily basic breakfast was a pleasant surprise.
Can recommend this hotel.

Comfy beds and convenient location near public transportation. The smart bed area with air con, lights, and charging points was a nice touch. It was also great to have the option to wash clothes with the available washing machines and dryers.
The room felt cramped due to the high number of occupants, and the stairs to the upper bed were a bit tricky. It would have been better if there were more showers available.

My stay at Capsulepod was perfect for my budget-friendly trip. The capsule itself was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I had control over the temperature and the bed, pillow, blanket, and towel provided were all exceptionally comfortable. The free strong wifi was a great perk, and the keyless entry made everything convenient. The location was also great, just a few stations away from attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The free breakfast was a nice touch, and having access to milk and juice 24/7 was a bonus. The complimentary laundry service was also a pleasant surprise.
The lockers could have been bigger, as they were a bit small. The blinds on the capsules were a bit noisy when going up and down, and could have been more soundproof.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, especially Rachel, who provided exceptional service. the location was perfect, with easy access to the MRT and bus stop, making it convenient to explore the area. the property was kept meticulously clean, with the staff continuously maintaining cleanliness throughout the day.
One of the downsides of my stay was the constant use of the air conditioning, which made the room extremely cold. It would have been helpful if there was an option to turn off the AC temporarily for personal preference.
